About the department
Global Finance GBS Bangalore was established in 2007, is currently responsible for supporting Accounting, Finance & Procurement, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for Headquarters, region Europe, North America, International Operations (IO) & GBS Bangalore. The main purpose of our existence is to provide superior service to our stakeholders consistently and add value to the processes in terms of standardization and efficiency.
The position
Novo Nordisk is seeking a talented and passionate individual with a strong experience in Internal Communications to support the APAC region. The Advanced Analyst will play a key role in supporting the region APAC -Communications team and collaborating with the APAC Communications Director on internal communications for the region. Apart from this , the ideal candidate will also be involved in below mentioned responsibilities :

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive internal communication strategies aligned with the company's goals and values to ensure clear and consistent messaging across all internal communication channels.
  • Managing end-to-end projects for communication activities, events and creating compelling and engaging content such as emails, playbooks, blogs, newsletters, website copy, leadership communications, SharePoint sites, viva engage, social media and more.
  • Assisting in crafting communication plans for company-wide initiatives and changes.
  • Implementing communication initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale which includes internal events, town halls, and workshops to facilitate communication between leadership and employees.
  • Collaborating with key internal stakeholders and leadership teams to gather relevant information and ensure effective communication of key messages.
  • Handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision and also working closely with the project team to ensure seamless support and work quality.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/ master's degree in communications, Journalism, English Literature, Marketing Communications, Advertising, or related fields.
  • Around 9 to 12 years of combined experience in creative writing and internal communications management.
  • Strong understanding of storytelling techniques and the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, with a strong command of grammar with excellent language skills and meticulous proofreading abilities, with a keen eye for attention to detail.
  • Must have project management experience along with proficiency at working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in strategizing and managing internal communications.
  • In-depth knowledge of design concepts and creative work, with a strong sense of visualization and color.
  • Experience in working with Global Stakeholders would be a plus.
