Ballhorn Chapels and Zimmer Westview Funeral Homes are seeking a compassionate, driven Family Services Advisor to serve families across the Sheboygan area and surrounding communities. What You'll Do
- Meet with individuals and families to educate them on advance funeral planning options
- Guide families through prearrangement and funding decisions with care and professionalism
- Build relationships within the community through events, seminars, and outreach
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives
- Maintain consistent follow-up and communication with prospective families
- Manage your own schedule and territory with autonomy and accountability
- Accurately complete all required documentation and compliance requirements

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or relationship-based roles
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build trust in sensitive and emotional situations
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working both independently and within a team environment
- Ability to obtain a Life Insurance License within 30 days of hire
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
