Adv Digital Solutions Developer

The Position
We are seeking an Adv Digital Solutions Developer to join our Digitalization team at Novo Nordisk IFP Hillerød. Novo Nordisk is improving the lives of people living with chronic diseases through innovative digital solutions. Digital technologies are transforming every aspect of our business, from the way we do research and develop new medicines to how we produce and make treatments available to patients.
This role will be a significant contribution to the Digitalization team, some of the main tasks will be:

• Working with both simple & complex use cases by designing, developing & maintaining solutions in Power Platform.
• Digest the user requirements into platform fit features and deliver them into the solutions which are used regularly by our stakeholders.
• Explore new areas within AI and manage different projects (can be anything from solution development, applying AI to solve complex problems, building data products, etc.)

Your daily working place will be on our site in Hillerød, with 2 working days from home per week flexibility. We are looking for someone to start in August or September.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field within STEM education.
• Ideally, 4 years of experience in developing solutions within Power Platform, (PowerApps, Power Bi, Dataverse schema creation, complex Power Automate flow creation) and a good understanding of Data analysis & architecture.
• A good understanding of Power Platform administration, security role creations and environment maintenance.
• Nice to have: Knowledge with Alteryx for data processing.
• Professional competence in both written and spoken English.

Our factory 'Injectable Finished Products (IFP)' in Hillerød, also called 'Factory of the future', is an ambitious and business-critical area in the entire IFP production network, with approx. 1400 employees. Digitalization works in all areas and departments with many different stakeholders.
