Currently, we are actively searching for a highly skilled Ads Specialist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate should possess a substantial portfolio showcasing their expertise in the digital realm, acquired through freelance or agency positions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage high-performing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn.
  • Craft compelling, brand-aligned content that grabs attention and fuels engagement.
  • Design and implement data-driven strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI across Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance and make data-backed optimizations to ensure ongoing success.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
  • In-depth understanding of ad strategy, audience targeting, and segmentation techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling ad copy and reports.
  • Expertise in analytics and reporting tools for data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to achieve business objectives.
