Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Consultant in the Customer Data & Omnichannel Experience capability group supporting customer data platform implementations
What you'll do:
- Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Consultant in the Customer Data & Omnichannel Experience capability group supporting customer data platform implementations
- Configure Adobe Experience Platform, including XDM schemas, datasets, and batch/streaming data ingestion pipelines
- Implement identity resolution and unified customer profiles within Real-Time CDP
- Build and manage audience segmentation (batch, streaming, and real-time) to support personalization use cases
- Design, configure, and support journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), including triggers and cross-channel activation
- Enable campaign activation across channels such as email, web, and downstream platforms
- Set up and contribute to Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) for cross-channel reporting and actionable insights
- Support testing, data validation, and troubleshooting across the AEP ecosystem, while exploring emerging platform capabilities
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform and Real-Time CDP in production environments
- Strong understanding of XDM schemas, datasets, identity resolution, and audience segmentation
- Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and journey orchestration
- Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting
- Exposure to Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) or Adobe Analytics for cross-channel measurement
- Fluency in English
