Adobe Ecommerce Manager

We are seeking a seasoned and skilled professional to take on a leadership role in managing and driving digital transformation projects and the development of innovative e-commerce solutions. In this position, you will lead a team of professionals, leveraging your expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Commerce to oversee the creation of advanced products while ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences. Your ability to inspire and guide a team will be critical to achieving project goals and advancing our e-commerce initiatives.

• Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Commerce (e-commerce).
• Proven ability to navigate complex business requirements and align them with technical constraints.
• Proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for digital transformation and enhancing the customer journey through integrated technology solutions.
• Technical proficiency with platforms such as M2, AEM, SFCM, and others.
• Strong understanding of systems architecture and integration management.
• Project management skills to coordinate and lead cross-functional teams.
• At least Upper-Intermediate level of English and excellent communication skills.

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives and deliver high-quality e-commerce solutions.
• Proactively enhance customer experience by implementing and optimizing integrated technology solutions using platforms like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Commerce.
• Provide strategic oversight and manage the integration of e-commerce systems with payment gateways, logistics partners, CRM, and ERP systems to create a seamless ecosystem.
• Apply technical expertise in systems architecture and oversee the design and implementation of scalable, reliable, and efficient solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and delivering updates on project progress.
• Foster a collaborative environment, mentoring team members and driving continuous improvement across projects and processes.
• Balance competing priorities effectively, resolving challenges and ensuring timely delivery of solutions that meet business objectives.
