TV2 is seeking a talented Adobe Analytics Specialist to join our team. As an Adobe Analytics Specialist, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data to drive business insights, optimize digital marketing campaigns, and enhance user experiences across our digital platforms. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Adobe Analytics process, including data collection, analysis, reporting, and optimization.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for custom digital analytics implementation using a combination of data layer, processing rules, SAINT classification, report suite configuration, custom JavaScript, JSON and applicable integrations with other systems
- Experience with all the aspects of Analytics lifecycle including design, implement and maintain digital analytics solutions and products
- Oversee the delivery of digital analytics implementation projects, from KPI definition to data analysis and presentation.
- Build dashboards and reports to enable various functional teams to make better, more informed decisions and be able to evaluate their performance.
- Mandatory Skills Web development including JavaScript, jQuery
- Strong understanding of JavaScript & Node.js & DOM manipulation, web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3
- Expertise with tag management tools (DTM, Adobe Launch)
- Make sure the tags are consistent on all properties
- Manage Cost/server calls usage (minimize Adobe annual cost)
- Help users with Admin tasks (new variables implementation, Launch new properties set-up, etc).
- Validation/testing of tagging (will not validate everything since project teams do) - sanity check of tagging
- Deep understanding of Adobe Mobile Services best practices for measurement plans and tagging in Mobile Apps.
- Strong understanding of JSON structures and best practices.
- Strong understanding of Native Mobile development standards
- Experience with digital analytics QA tools such as Charles, Omnibug, Fiddler.
- Knowledge of digital analytics industry trends: tracking libraries and SDKs, cookies, data layer, tag management systems, report suite configuration, etc.
- University degree in Computer science or IT, or equivalent work experience.
- Adobe Analytics implementation Expert, possessing one of the Adobe Implementation Certificates.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics Tag Manager (Adobe Launch/DTM)
- Knowledge of Adobe Analytics variables and their setup
- 5 years of experience of Adobe Analytics Requirements Gathering
- 5 years of experience of Producing Implementation Guides
- 5 years of experience of Adobe Analytics QA and debugging
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and CSS
- Ability to create dashboards in Workspace (w/ segments and calculated metrics)
- Knowledge of Adobe Analytics Admin Console (rights for different products, product profiles and user profiles)
- Strong analytical, judgment and conceptual ability is critical.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources.

- 5+ years’ experience building dashboards and custom reports to derive business insights from raw data

- Solid understanding of HTML/JavaScript and Tag Management tools such as Adobe DTM (Bonus if you’ve coded before)
- Knowledge of common web and mobile analytics best practices
