Role Description:
The Adobe Analytics consultant will provide expert-level support for client’s b2c Billing and Usage portal, Web and Mobile platforms, to establish a reliable analytics foundation aligned to VOC, FCR, digital containment, and the company’s 2030 Ambition objectives. This role is responsible for designing and implementing Adobe Analytics taxonomy (events, dimensions, metrics), defining tagging and data-layer standards, and guiding development teams through compliant, scalable instrumentation without disrupting existing enterprise reporting. The consultant will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Enterprise Analytics teams, enabling downstream Tableau reporting while ensuring governance, data quality, and long-term maintainability. This role is delivery-focused and implementation-heavy, not general reporting or dashboard administration.
