Adobe AEM Front-End Developer

We have an excellent opportunity for an Adobe AEM Front-end Developer to help deliver unique user experiences that keep customers wanting more. LeapPoint has a People First culture and we’re looking for a new team member to be a part of our growth and success.

Note: This is a remote, work from home position

As an Adobe Front-end Developer at LeapPoint, you will have the opportunity to:

• Develop AEM Components (regular front-end)
• Work closely with clients, developers, system administrators, project managers, business analysts and end users to build a state-of-the-art Digital Platform using Adobe's Digital Marketing Product Suite.
• Participate within a product scrum, in close collaboration with the Digital Product Owner, Scrum master, and Sr, Engineer to execute AEM and website application development for the guest commerce experience, across all web/app based digital channels
• Responsible for breaking down and translating capabilities/features into various code artifacts, including estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, and deployment to propel the product forward from user story through deployment.
• Accountable for the successful launch of defect free, modular, reusable code from ideation through implementation, as well as continuous optimization through the product lifecycle.

The following skills will set you up for success:

• 1-2 years of experience with creating/styling AEM applications
• 5 years of experience and a good understanding of Javascript, HTML, CSS, REACT and their interactions
• 5 years of experience with frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js
• 5 years of site performance tuning experience
• Experience with AEM Edge Delivery Services (EDS, previously called Franklin)
• Experience in Vanilla Javascript and NodeJS along with Javascript optimization
• Experience with version control systems such as Github
• Experience with converting design files into responsive, cross-browser, cross-platform HTML, CSS, and Javascript
• Excellent communication skills and consulting experience
• Plus: marketing operations or marketing automation experience

Travel: This position may require approximately 10-20% travel.
