We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Adobe AEM Architect to join our team. In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and efficient AEM-based applications that meet client requirements and business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture and design of AEM solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and client needs
  • Define technical requirements and specifications for AEM projects
  • Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, and workflows
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Guide and mentor development teams on AEM best practices and standards
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality and performance standards
  • Provide technical leadership and support during the implementation and deployment phases
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AEM implementations

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including hands-on development and architecture
  • Strong understanding of AEM architecture, including templates, components, OSGi, JCR, and workflows
  • Proficiency in Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies
  • Experience with integrating AEM with other Adobe products and third-party systems
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in AEM
  • Experience with cloud-based AEM deployments (e.g., Adobe Managed Services, AEM as a Cloud Service)
  • Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React or Angular
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and processes
  • Understanding of web analytics, SEO, and digital marketing concepts
