Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Admissions Coordinator to support our admissions process at the Ahmedabad branch. The ideal candidate will manage student inquiries, coordinate admissions activities, and ensure a smooth experience for prospective students from inquiry to enrollment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle student inquiries through phone, email, and walk-ins.
- Guide prospective students through the admissions process and available programs.
- Maintain accurate records of applicants and admission status.
- Coordinate with the head office and faculty for scheduling and document verification.
- Assist in organizing local promotional or orientation events when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, data entry).
- Prior experience in education, counseling, Sales/Marketing or admissions will be an asset.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently.
Schedule:
- Full time (on-site, Ahmedabad branch)
Compensation:
- Fixed salary of ₹35,000 per month
