The Role
GrizzlyTrek is seeking one Administrator to join our valued client's team at [Location TBC]. This is a full-time, permanent role responsible for day-to-day functional operations and administrative support within the assigned organizational unit.
Using a range of IT systems and software, you will maintain records, prepare reports and correspondence, manage data entry, and support the administration of programs, projects, and processes. This role can sit within a variety of functions, including EHS, R&D, Marketing, IT, Sales, Legal, Project Management, HR, Finance, and Customer Services.
What You'll Do
  • Carry out day-to-day functional operations for the assigned area, applying the relevant IT systems.
  • Prepare specialized, routine reports, correspondence, and statistics.
  • Maintain records and filing systems, and enter data into computer systems, including Office applications and specialized software packages.
  • Complete routine reports to support decision-making in the assigned area.
  • Perform the administration of programs, projects, and processes specific to the organizational unit served.
What You Bring
  • 5 to 8 years of administrative, coordination, or business support experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and comfort learning specialized software packages.
  • Strong records management, data entry, and document control skills.
  • Excellent written communication for preparing reports and correspondence.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage routine processes independently.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting a specialized function such as EHS, R&D, Legal, HR, Finance, or Project Management.
  • Post-secondary education in business administration or a related field.
  • Experience preparing statistics or reporting to support decision-making.
