Key Responsibilities
As Administrator, you’ll provide comprehensive support across a wide range of activities, including:
- Supporting day-to-day administration for the teams and departments
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
- Managing office supplies and supporting general office operations
- Handling internal and external communications professionally
- Maintaining training records and organising training sessions
- Processing and managing security passes in line with GDPR requirements
- Coordinating accommodation and catering for personnel
- Greeting visitors and delivering a high standard of hospitality
- Raising purchase orders and keeping internal systems up to date
- Supporting accurate record keeping and reporting
