Key Responsibilities
*Manage the daily administrative operations of the Foundation.
*Coordinate schedules, meetings, workshops, conferences, and community development activities.
*Prepare correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and official documents.
*Maintain accurate records of projects, beneficiaries, donors, volunteers, and partners.
*Support planning and logistics for the Foundation programmes.
*Coordinate communication with traditional authorities, government institutions, NGOs, educational institutions, healthcare providers, agricultural stakeholders, and development partners.
*Manage office supplies, equipment, and administrative budgets.
*Maintain physical and electronic filing systems while ensuring confidentiality of organizational records.
*Assist in preparing project proposals, grant applications, donor reports, and progress reports.
*Coordinate volunteer recruitment, orientation, and administrative support.
*Monitor project timelines and follow up on action items arising from meetings.
*Support procurement processes and maintain inventory records.
*Handle incoming enquiries and represent the Foundation professionally to visitors and stakeholders.
*Organize travel, accommodation, and logistics for staff, consultants, and invited guests.
*Assist with social media updates, newsletters, and dissemination of Foundation information.
*Support monitoring, evaluation, and documentation of project outcomes.
*Ensure compliance with organizational policies, statutory requirements, and donor reporting standards.
*Build and maintain positive relationships with community members and strategic partners.
*Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the Executive Director or Board
