We are currently looking for a Saudi National - Administrator for our Program Delivery Office based in Al Ula. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high profile projects within in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide secretarial and administrative support to the Program Delivery Office

  • Client’s timesheet process implementation

  • Support with implementation of the project Biometrics system

  • Diary management (on Outlook) for the Management team

  • Typing reports, minutes, agendas e-mails, letters, faxes, etc

  • Scanning, photocopying and printing documents 

  • Collating and binding of documents, including timesheets

  • Organising and archiving signed hard-copy documentation such as letters and contracts

  • Recording incoming and outgoing mail

  • Arranging meetings, booking rooms and arranging hospitality 

  • Supporting in arranging travel arrangements car hire, flights, hotels e.t.c.

  • Monitoring leave usage and allowance for the program staff 

  • Keeping and updating program staff list

  • Supporting staff with completion of the Client’s timesheet process and the AtkinsRéalis online timesheets.

  • Responsible to update company CV database and formatting external CV for bid purposes

  • Work with the office manager to maintain office supplies and support with regards to office logistics i.e. procurement of items from new suppliers.

  • Support the team with formatting, preparation and printing of documents including word, excel and PPTs.
