Position Title: Systems Administrator II | Aravo
Department: Enterprise Risk Management
Function: Third Party Risk Management
Location: Pune, India
Reports To: Third Party Risk Manager (Rachel Dice)
Position Summary: The System Administrator will support the Enterprise Risk Management department by managing and maintaining the Aravo third-party risk management SaaS solution. This role involves ensuring the system's optimal performance, configuring and customizing the platform to meet business needs, and providing technical support and training to users. The System Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the tool's alignment with the organization's risk management framework and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

  • System Management:
    • Administer and maintain the Aravo system, ensuring its optimal performance and availability.
    • Perform system configurations and customizations to meet the specific needs of the organization.
    • Manage user access and permissions, ensuring data security and compliance with internal policies.
  • Technical Support:
    • Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting and resolving any system issues.
    • Coordinate with the Aravo support team as needed to address and resolve technical problems.
    • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Training and User Support:
    • Conduct training sessions for users on the effective use of the Aravo system.
    • Create and update user guides and training materials.
    • Assist users with system navigation and functionality to ensure efficient use of the tool.
  • Integration and Data Management:
    • Oversee the integration of the Aravo system with other business applications and data sources.
    • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the system.
    • Develop and implement data management processes to support risk assessment and reporting activities.
  • Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Monitor system performance and usage, identifying opportunities for improvement.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into third-party risk management activities.
    • Track and report on key risk indicators (KRIs) and metrics related to third-party risk.
  • Compliance and Policy Adherence:
    • Ensure the Aravo system supports compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
    • Assist in developing and updating third-party risk management policies and procedures in relation to system use.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Third Party Risk Management function.
    • Stay current on best practices and industry trends related to third-party risk management and SaaS solutions.


Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 2-5 years of experience in system administration, risk management, compliance, or a related field.
    • Previous experience in managing third-party risk management or GRC SaaS tools such as Venminder, OneTrust, Archer GRC, or similar platforms. (Must Have)
  • Skills:
    • Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Familiarity with risk management software and tools is a plus.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.


EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience.
Preferred Certifications:

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)
  • Microsoft Certified IT Professional
  • ITIL, ITSM Certifications


WORK EXPERIENCE:
2-5 years of directly-related or relevant experience, preferably in application support or system/application/database administration.
