Role Overview
The client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Virtual Assistant to support reporting, system management, spreadsheet organization, notification setup, and light social media response management.
This role is focused on operational efficiency and administrative execution rather than accounting-heavy work.

Core Responsibilities
Reporting & Data Management
Run reports from internal software systems
Extract and organize data into Excel/Google Sheets
Create structured tracking sheets
Compile summaries for leadership review
Maintain accurate documentation and organized records
System & Process Support
Set up software notifications and alerts
Monitor dashboards and report irregularities
Assist with workflow documentation
Maintain digital filing systems
Social Media Monitoring (Light Support)
Monitor social media platforms
Respond to inquiries using approved templates
Flag high-priority messages
Track engagement inquiries in spreadsheet or CRM
Administrative Assistance
General admin tasks as assigned
Maintain organization across tools and systems
Provide weekly task updates

 

Required Skills
Strong Excel or Google Sheets proficiency
Highly organized and detail-oriented
