SUMMARY/OBJECTIVES
It is the responsibility of the Administrative Support Assistant to take ownership of all tasks and challenges that they encounter in the operation of their assigned position.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
This position is expected to perform the specific duties, tasks, and responsibilities as outlined below:
- Greet and assist clients, guests and staff with professionalism
- Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling and logistics of conference rooms
- Assist in the coordinating of on-site meetings, including scheduling, conference room preparation, and logistics (parking, building access, etc.)
- Oversee incoming correspondence including mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain inventory and ordering of office supplies
- Provide administrative support as needed to staff

COMPETENCIES
- Prior administrative or front office experience, preferably in a corporate setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with basic computer software, including email and scheduling tools
- Professional, polished demeanor
- Must possess basic English language skills to write and speak clearly, and effectively with coworkers and customers
Qualifications, Education, and Certification Requirements
- Education: Minimum High School Diploma, some college preferred
- Experience: Two years of administrative experience
- Certifications/Specific Knowledge: Excellent communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Requires knowledge of office practices, procedures, and general office machines
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS/CLASSES
Required annual compliance training, New Employee Orientation
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Must be able to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, reports, and cash denominations, and identify customers. This position requires a large amount of time in front of a computer. This can be done sitting or standing with use of the right desk.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position is in an open lobby area with an individual workstation.
