About the Role:
The Administrative Receptionist is a key line-level position responsible for operating a centralized reception area and a high-volume multi-line telephone system, serving as the primary point of contact for visitors, callers, and general office inquiries while providing routine administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations. This job description is not an all-inclusive list of the duties and responsibilities of this position. PCI Employees are expected to perform all duties and responsibilities necessary to meet the goals and objectives of applicable programs and departmental objectives, as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and the public.
- Answer and direct high-volume, multi-line telephone calls.
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, scanning, and correspondence.
- Process and distribute mail, operate the postage machine, and assist with mailroom operations as needed.
- Schedule appointments, maintain office supplies, and keep the reception area organized.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Four (4) years of employment experience in customer service, front desk, receptionist, or general administrative support roles in a confidential office setting required.
- Experience working in and overseeing a fast-paced reception area with high volume, multi-line telephone system required.
- Ability to work odd and irregular hours, as needed.
- Must successfully pass the required criminal and character background check.
- Ability to travel and participate in required training, leadership development, and other events.
- Ability to perform all duties and responsibilities of this position adequately and successfully.
- Maintain absolute confidentiality and a high level of professionalism.
- Strong customer service skills with experience answering phones, greeting visitors, and providing administrative support.
- Excellent communication, organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to following policies and procedures.
- Ability to build positive working relationships with staff and the public.

Skills Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
