As an Administrative Project Coordinator you will play a critical role in supporting our field operations and client projects from initiation through completion.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prepare high-quality proposals, including proofreading and ensuring compliance with guidelines
- Create maps, developing site layouts, and accurately documenting GPS coordinates using tools, such as Google Earth, ArcGiS, or similar tools
- Manage multiple projects from start to finish- coordinate with homeowners, clients, field team and vendors with strong follow-through until completion
- Schedule inspections, equipment installation, and site activities
- Perform cold calls when needed to gather complete project details and information
- Maintain excellent organization while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Background in the construction, logistics, or related industry (strongly preferred)
- Experience with mapping tools (Google Earth, ArGIS, or similar)
- Ability to write, proof, and prepare professional proposals
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and able to quickly learn new software applications
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through mindset
