Job Requirements

15 hours/week while Training, over the course of 3 days/week (5 hours each).

Training lasts 6-8 weeks, after which pay and hour increases are offered based on performance and competence

You must be able to commute to our office in the Hudson Valley (Newburgh NY near Mount Saint Mary college), approx 90 mins north of Manhattan. On site free parking, unlimited coffee and vegetarian lunch provided!
Office setting has cats and a dog, so you should like animals (or at least not be allergic or afraid of them)

Do you know how to analyze the success of your work in any of the above categories? Do you have any experience as an Office Assistant or PA?

Skills Required

  • Ability to commute to the office in Hudson Valley (Newburgh, NY)
  • Availability for 15 hours/week during training (3 days/week, 5 hours each) for 6-8 weeks
  • Submit cover letter, resume, and references
  • Comfortable around office animals (cats and a dog); not allergic or afraid
  • Experience with social media campaigns for small businesses
  • Experience or interest in public relations and event planning
  • Database maintenance experience
  • Experience monitoring an ATS

  • Experience tracking financial targets or working on budgets/investments/taxes
  • Prior experience as an Office Assistant or Personal Assistant
