About Wynn Al Marjan Island:
Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.
About the Position:
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Administrative Officer – VIP Services to support the day-to-day operations of our Private Access team.
This role is responsible for coordinating administrative activities, managing schedules, communications, and documentation, while providing essential support to Private Access leadership and team members. The Administrative Officer will help ensure seamless operations, efficient workflow management, and exceptional service delivery for our members and guests.
With a strong focus on organization, accuracy, and professionalism, this role will play a key part in supporting departmental success while upholding the attention to detail, discretion, and service excellence that define the Wynn experience.
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Private Access leadership team.
Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and scheduling requirements.
Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and related logistics.
Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and briefing materials.
Track and follow up on departmental action items to ensure timely completion.
Maintain accurate and confidential records, files, and documentation.
Organize and manage departmental filing systems and operational records.
Prepare and distribute internal communications, meeting minutes, and departmental updates.
Process invoices, expense reports, and administrative documentation in accordance with company policies.
Monitor and respond to departmental correspondence, including emails and telephone inquiries.
Serve as the primary point of contact for general administrative and operational inquiries.
Coordinate logistics and administrative support for department events, projects, and special initiatives.
Maintain department inventories, office supplies, and operational resources.
Compile administrative reports, statistics, and status updates for leadership review.
Support data entry, record management, and the maintenance of departmental systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or diploma preferred.
Minimum three years of administrative support or office management experience; hotel or integrated resort experience is an advantage; pre-opening experience is welcomed.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and email systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work a rotating shift pattern, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, consistent with a 24-hour resort operation.
