Job Responsibilities
- Perform general admin duties and handle daily admin and operation activities.
- Organize proper systematic filing records and documents.
- Assist in liaising with internal staff to ensure the operation runs smoothly.
- Overall upkeep and maintenance of the office.
- Travel arrangement and management (ad-hoc)
- Coordinate on preparing the required refreshments for internal/external meetings.
- Admin vendor management (renewal, invoices, PO for payment)
- To assist and participate in any ad-hoc task as required.
