Administrative Director, Outpatient Clinic Services (57440)

The Administrative Director, Outpatient Clinic Services is responsible to provide operational and strategic leadership for the El Paso Children’s Physicians Specialist Outpatient Clinic. Plans and directs the operational, budgetary and personnel activities.  Responsible to assure the highest level of service for guests and staff, to proactively support the efforts that will ensure delivery of safe patient care, services, and to promote a safe environment at El Paso Children’s Hospital.  

Work Experience

• Three year’s clinical nursing leadership experience in pediatrics or related nursing field. 

License/Registration/Certification

• Current Texas RN License or Multistate RN License.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Current PALS and ACLS or APLS required.
• Nursing Executive Leadership Certification within three years of being in position, unless attending classes to obtain a higher degree in Nursing.

   Education and Training

• Master's Degree in Nursing or similar discipline required.
