What Your Day Will Look Like:

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, guests, and employees, creating a welcoming and professional office environment. Key responsibilities include greeting and assisting in-person visitors, answering and directing incoming phone calls, managing and coordinating office calendars and scheduling needs, maintaining accurate records through data entry and administrative reporting, and supporting daily office operations.


You will also be responsible for preparing and setting up workstations for new hires, ensuring they have the equipment, resources, and access needed for a successful onboarding experience. Additional duties may include coordinating office communications, organizing administrative processes, and providing general operational support to staff and leadership.


Projected Compensation: $29.00/hr. - $32.00/hr

32 Hours Per Week



What You'll Do:

  • Oversee general administrative needs including but not limited to shipping, office and breakroom supply orders, ordering/canceling office access cards, and keys, office maintenance and/or repairs.
  • Work with discipline leads and corporate teams to coordinate and set up office events, meetings, happy hours etc. 
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily office mail.
  • Maintain electronic and paper files, records, and reports.
  • Back-up answering calls on multi-line phone.
  • Assist with weekly expense reporting.
  • Support regional and corporate fleet managers by coordinating fleet vehicle deliveries, fleet parking needs, scheduling regular and emergency repairs & maintenance. Must be able to drive up to a full size pick-up trucks in the local fleet various maintenance appointments.
  • Assist with miscellaneous projects and tasks as requested by office colleagues.

What You'll Need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of administrative support experience.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook software.
  • This office job primarily operates in a professional office environment and routinely requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and copy machines. May occasionally be exposed to noise.
  • While performing the duties of this job, physical demands of the employee may include constant sitting, talking, hearing, repetitive motions and occasional standing, moving, reaching, handling, grasping, feeling, and coordination. This job will rarely require lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling over to 35 lbs.
