This position requires you to be onsite Monday-Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm in our South Austin HQ.
About The Role:

You'll juggle a variety of administrative tasks with ease, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. What You’ll Be Doing:
● Scheduling and Coordination:
○ Maintain and manage executives' calendars, including scheduling meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements.
○ Coordinate and organize meetings, events, and presentations, preparing meeting materials as needed.
○ Schedule and coordinate team offsites
○ Serve as backup/collaborator with our Office Experience Manager
● Document and Data Management:
○ Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
○ Organize and maintain files, both digital and physical, ensuring information is easily accessible and up-to-date.
● Project Assistance:
○ Support special projects and team initiatives as needed, performing research, preparing reports, and providing general assistance.
○ Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to deadlines.
● Travel and Expense Management:
○ Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations, ensuring details are accurate and documented.
○ Process expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely reimbursements.
