About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Assistant to support the Managing Director in a dynamic and creative environment. This role involves managing complex schedules, assisting with logistics, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. You will be highly organized, detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and able to maintain confidentiality while working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Where you will have impact:Coordinate incoming and outgoing communication
Organize internal and external meetings, events, and institutional engagements
Prepare documents, presentations, and reporting materials
Track deadlines, priorities, and follow-up actionsAct as a point of contact for internal and
external stakeholders, ensuring discretion and professionalism
Manage calendar, appointments, travel, and logistics
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, flexibility and problem-solving attitude
Proficiency with digital tools for email, scheduling, documents, and presentations
Fluent in written and spoken English and Italian (essential)
As we expand into Spain, fluency in written and spoken Spanish is also a must for this role
Curiosity and interest in auteur cinema
Reliability, discretion, and a collaborative spirit
