About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Assistant to support the Managing Director in a dynamic and creative environment. This role involves managing complex schedules, assisting with logistics, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. You will be highly organized, detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and able to maintain confidentiality while working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Where you will have impact:
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing communication

  • Organize internal and external meetings, events, and institutional engagements

  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reporting materials

  • Track deadlines, priorities, and follow-up actionsAct as a point of contact for internal and

  • external stakeholders, ensuring discretion and professionalism

  • Manage calendar, appointments, travel, and logistics

What you will bring:
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, flexibility and problem-solving attitude

  • Proficiency with digital tools for email, scheduling, documents, and presentations

  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Italian (essential)

  • As we expand into Spain, fluency in written and spoken Spanish is also a must for this role

  • Curiosity and interest in auteur cinema

  • Reliability, discretion, and a collaborative spirit
