Administrative Associate

MCRA, an IQVIA business, is seeking an Administrative Associate to be based in our Washington, D.C. office. The Administrative Associate will be responsible for managing components of office operations and providing project and operations support for various departments and initiatives companywide.

Job Overview
Provides high level of administrative support to management and/or department.
Essential Functions
• Produces documents; collects, records, sorts and files information; handles mail; prepares routine reports; makes travel arrangements; arranges meetings and appointments; responds to inquiries; and operates office equipment.
• Conducts a range of diverse administrative or staff functions, which may include finance, human resources, information technology, planning, supply, and other corporate services. Delivers administrative and related support services to the organization.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent Req
• Minimum of three (3) years administrative or secretarial experience, or equivalent combination of business school/secretarial training and job-related experience. Req

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $48,000.00 - $80,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
