The United Pentecostal Church International is currently recruiting for the position of Administrative Associate III (Client Relationship) within The Stewardship Group. This position is responsible for providing investor and loan services, account administration, and customer relationship support for UPCLF clients. The primary role of this position is to serve as a point of contact for investor inquiries and is responsible for investor account onboarding, account maintenance, transaction processing, recordkeeping, and communication activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Provide customer service solutions to Loan Fund borrower clients.
- Respond to inquiries from phone calls, emails, surveys, conferences, and websites.
- Manage investor account onboarding and account maintenance processes, ensuring accurate and timely completion of required documentation.
- Review, verify, and process investment-related information and documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures.
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical investor records and filing systems in accordance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Process investment transactions, renewals, and account updates while ensuring the integrity of investor data.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of monthly, quarterly, and annual investor statements and other investor communications.
- Support daily cash management activities, including the processing of Loan Fund deposits.
- Provide back-up support for investment administration.
- Support the loan portfolio management team as assigned.
- Manage the loan onboarding program & ongoing customer relation programs.
- Be available to travel to provide departmental support for General Conference and other events as requested.
Minimum Training and Experience Required
- Working knowledge of banking, financial services, investment and loan products, and related operational processes.
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and PDF document preparation, review, and management.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365 (specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with organization, record keeping, and customer service.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Careful attention to details.
- Ability to work well within a team and across various departments.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in banking, financial services, investment administration, or a related industry.
- Experience with account administration, data management, recordkeeping, or financial transaction processing preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with business software applications and database systems.
- Experience working in a regulated environment with responsibility for maintaining confidential information is preferred.
