Tasks
Job Duties:
* Liaison and reception of external relevant departments, internal reception of visits, answering calls, answering enquiries and other work;
* Collecting materials, file management, drafting documents, formulating official documents, sending and receiving documents, etc;
* Assisting in office supplies management, procurement management, and statistics on the use of administrative costs.
* Maintaining daily office order and office environment and assisting in regular inspections;
* Meeting arrangements including pre-meeting preparation, meeting records and post-meeting content collation work;
* Assisting in personnel management, interview reception, meeting, training, group activity organization and arrangement work.
Requirements
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s and Master's degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources, Languages or related fields.
* Fluent Chinese and German language skills (C1 or above), with good command of English.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experienced in handling business correspondence and administrative documentation.
* Reliable, communicative, well-organized and able to work independently.
* Relevant internship or prior experience in administration, office management or financial institutions is preferred.
* Valid work authorization in Germany.
