Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Administrative Assistant to support a dynamic, cross-functional team in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. This role serves as a critical partner in enabling team effectiveness, ensuring seamless operations, and delivering a high standard of professionalism across all interactions.The ideal candidate brings strong organizational judgment, anticipates needs, and consistently delivers high-quality work with discretion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities & Impact
Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple team members, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations
Optimize complex calendars and scheduling priorities, proactively balancing competing demands
Coordinate meetings and events end-to-end (virtual and in-person), ensuring seamless execution and follow-through
Arrange domestic and international travel and manage expense processing with accuracy and timeliness
Process invoices, expenses, and administrative documentation in alignment with company policies
Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, building strong, trust-based relationships
Anticipate team needs and proactively identify and address gaps, driving continuous improvement of processes and workflows
Deliver consistently high-quality, accurate, and professional work
Operate effectively in a hybrid environment, supporting both in-office and virtual collaboration
Required Qualifications
1-3+ years of administrative, office management, or business support experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing needs, and execute with accuracy, speed, and strong attention to detail
Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential information
Experience coordinating domestic and international travel
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional presence
Preferred Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
Experience with tools such as Concur, Ariba, SharePoint, or similar platforms
Experience supporting senior leaders or global operations
Demonstrated ability to improve administrative processes or workflows
Comfort operating in fast-paced, matrixed corporate environments
In-Office Collaboration
We are a client-centric, relationship-based business. Working together, in-person, is foundational to how we achieve results. By fostering a culture of face-to-face collaboration, idea sharing, productivity and personal connection, we deliver for our stakeholders — clients, advisors, employees and shareholders. Our employees work in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week. Some roles may require additional in-office time or different in-office expectations, and specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.

Base Pay Salary
The estimated hourly rate for this role is $20.58 - $36.11 / hour. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
