Position Responsibilities: 

  •   Providing administrative and clerical support to the site. 
  • Generating reports, collecting patient fees, verifying insurance and making appointments electronically. 
  • Filing and maintaining paperwork in an organized fashion.
  • Heavy phone volume and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education, Competencies and Credentials:

  • High School degree or equivalent, college preferred.
  • Prior experience in a clinical setting strongly preferred.
  • Advanced customer service/support ability
  • Solid computer literacy; good writing skills, and strong administrative/organizational abilities. 

Hours: 20 hours per week, part-time.
