Position: Administrative Assistant Reports to: Chief of Estimating
Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative Assistant to support our Estimating Department. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate project data by entering and managing information within our ERP system. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, organized, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter project data, bid information, and cost details into the company ERP system
- Assist estimators with administrative support tasks related to proposals and project setup
- Maintain organized digital and physical project files
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with internal team members regarding data updates and corrections
- Assist with report generation and document preparation
- Provide general administrative support to the estimating team
- Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental needs
- Previous administrative or data entry experience preferred
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with ERP systems required; knowledge of Titan ERP system is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and grow within the construction industry
- Office-based position in Sanford, FL
