- Role Summary: As a Mid-Level Administrative Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting two Azure Data teams in Redmond, WA. Your responsibilities will include space management, onboarding set up, equipment procurement, and day-to-day team support.

- Provide onsite support for the Azure Data teams, including meeting support, new hire onboarding, and management of supplies.
- Coordinate and update schedules, meetings, and events.
- Assist with recruiting efforts by posting positions and managing headcount and budget items.
- Manage procurement of goods and services, such as computer equipment and office supplies.
- Complete special projects as assigned by the lead Executive Administrator.
