Summary:
Our growing CPA firm is looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic Receptionist who enjoys connecting with people and building lasting client relationships. This is a front‑line role and a great fit for someone who takes pride in creating a warm, professional first impression.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet clients and visitors with a friendly, welcoming attitude
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally and efficiently
- Schedule appointments and assist with client flow
- Receive client documents and distribute as needed
- Support staff with administrative duties
- Maintain a polished, organized reception and conference room areas
- Receive daily mail and distribute as needed
- Build rapport with clients and help create a positive client experience
- Order supplies and stock items when needed
- Other various tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive, upbeat personality with strong people skills
- Genuine interest in getting to know clients and building relationships
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Prior receptionist or office experience preferred (CPA or professional office a plus)

Skills Required
- High School Diploma or GED
- High-end customer service experience
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of STAR Practice Management and CCH Axcess
- Willingness to work overtime during tax season
- Billing/Invoicing experience
