  • Composes correspondence without draft contents. (5%)
  • Coordinates travel arrangements and other duties or projects as needed. (5%)
  • Enters data into a database, provides summary reports, and adds fields as necessary. (5%)
  • Schedule meetings and appointments. Transcribes minutes of meetings. (5%)
  • Answers, screens, and initiates phone calls rerouting inquiries for department. (5%)
  • Coordinates gathering of input, documents, etc. from single sources for reports and presentations. (5%)
  • Serves as liaison for the department/work unit. (5%)

LEVEL OF EDUCATION
Preferred:
  • Associate Degree

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum:
  • Intermediate Word, Excel and Outlook skills Minimum 45 wpm keyboarding / typing speed

Preferred:
  • Microsoft Powerpoint
