To provide administrative support and develop workflow process and systems for a department and/or Department Director with minimal supervision and direction.

- Coordinates travel arrangements and other duties or projects as needed. (5%)
- Enters data into a database, provides summary reports, and adds fields as necessary. (5%)
- Schedule meetings and appointments. Transcribes minutes of meetings. (5%)
- Answers, screens, and initiates phone calls rerouting inquiries for department. (5%)
- Coordinates gathering of input, documents, etc. from single sources for reports and presentations. (5%)
- Serves as liaison for the department/work unit. (5%)
LEVEL OF EDUCATION

- Associate Degree

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum:
- Intermediate Word, Excel and Outlook skills Minimum 45 wpm keyboarding / typing speed
