About the role:

We’re looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to join our Brisbane office and play a key role in creating a professional, welcoming, and well‑coordinated workplace for our clients and team.

This role sits at the centre of our day‑to‑day operations, providing vital support across reception, office administration, meetings, and events. What You’ll Be Doing

In this hands-on, fast-paced role, you will:

Reception & Client Experience

  • Provide friendly, professional reception coverage during lunch breaks and planned leave.

  • Prepare and reset meeting rooms so they’re consistently welcoming and presentation-ready.

  • Serve tea and coffee for clients and internal meetings to create a warm, polished experience.

Office Operations

  • Collect, scan, and distribute daily mail and handle outgoing mail, including Post Office errands.

  • Prepare parcels and coordinate all mail dispatch activities.

  • Support general office tidiness, including running dishwashers and maintaining shared spaces.

Event Support

  • Work closely with the Events Team on planning and coordinating office events.

  • Assist with event setup and pack down.

  • Prepare name tags and liaise with caterers to confirm requirements and delivery details.

Administrative Support

  • Assist with basic invoice processing.

  • Prepare email distributions for the Business Advisory team.

  • Provide data clean-up and administrative support to PAs and other teams as needed.

  • 1+ years’ experience in an administrative or office support role.

  • Outstanding attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across all tasks.

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team, managing competing priorities with a positive approach.
