The Administrative Assistant provides support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, preparing documents, and assisting with general office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain executives’ or team schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
• Prepare, format, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
• Maintain office supplies and equipment; coordinate procurement when necessary.
• Organize and maintain files, records, and databases, both electronic and physical.
• Assist with onboarding new employees and other HR-related administrative tasks.
• Support team members with project coordination and office tasks as needed.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, including room bookings and catering if required.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Assist in preparing reports, minutes of meetings, and presentations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
