The ideal candidate has finished their upper secondary education and are looking for a one-year full time job before taking up further studies. A preferred start date is in April 2025.

In your everyday life, you will often have to plan your own working day based on the tasks you are given responsibility for. This means that you must have the desire and ability to shape and structure your time and deliver on your areas of responsibility proactively and independently. You must be curious about new challenges and at the same time thrive on the fact that routine tasks are a big part of everyday work life.

Welcome to Customer Service & Logistics

You will be part of a team that is passionate about delivering good customer service to our customers as well as our internal stakeholders. You will work closely with dedicated and skilled colleagues in Customer Service & Logistics where your main task is to prepare shipping documents for our export shipments.

The team has an informal work culture, where we actively support each other in the daily tasks, and we appreciate a close collaboration and good relationships with our colleagues both inside and outside the workplace.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparation of export documentation
• Handling and answering general questions and tasks from other internal stakeholders in a shared mailbox
• Purchases of minor office equipment etc. 
• Updating various documents
• Ad hoc tasks

Potentially relevant experience:

• Successfully completed EUD, EUX or HHX/HTX/STX/HF
• Be fluent in Danish both oral and written  
• Great attention to details and a good understanding of processes
• Good English skills, both verbally and in writing
• Experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
• An interdependent, committed and service-minded approach
• Ability to take responsibility for your tasks and function well in a team
• Good communication skills
• The ability to work result-oriented, be able to get yourself started with your work tasks and be able to prioritize between several deadlines at the same time
