Operations Assistant

As our Operations Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations across financial, human resources, and personal administrative tasks. You will work closely with various departments and team members to manage documentation, maintain records, and provide support that helps the company run efficiently. Your work will be pivotal in helping us meet our operational goals and support the growth of our global, mission-driven team.

What will you do?

• Proactively suggest improvements to practices and processes to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain accurate documentation of time-off, annual leave, and other HR-related administrative records.
• Manage calendars and schedules, ensuring smooth coordination of meetings and appointments.
• Handle appointment scheduling and assist with occasional travel arrangements.
• Collaborate with different departments to provide advice on company resources and procedures.

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to evolving business needs.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Flexibility and openness to occasional travel when required.
