Summary
The Administrative Assistant reports to our Administrative Manager and provides support for managers and technical staff. Hours for this position are 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide assistance with the preparation of Technical Reports related to CME's Testing & Inspection Field Services; this includes tracking, formatting, updating corrections, managing missing report log. Use of MS Excel and Word daily / frequently.
- Scan, upload and save plans, specifications and drawings by client and project and input technical data into E-Reporting System.
- Create and maintain new project checklists, technical project folders, and reference guides with appropriate documentation.
- Cross-train and learn other administrative functions within Testing & Inspection Group.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must possess a High School Diploma; Associate degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience performing administrative responsibilities.
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Outlook, Word; this position requires strong experience with Excel.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Compensation: $20 per hour
