Finance & Operations (F&O) at Novo Nordisk Thailand is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where we strive for excellence in all our processes. The department oversees a range of activities including Finance/Accounting, Procurement, Supply Chain and more. We value teamwork, continuous improvement, and a positive work atmosphere.
The position
This position directly reports to the Finance & Operations Director and will assist the Finance & Operations (F&O) team in maintaining high-quality processes, including administration, coordination, and arrangement of various activities in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the highest standards. The main scope of accountabilities includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Manages procurement administrative tasks, including contracts, filing, invoices, and supplier registration. Manages SharePoint, oversees newsletter communication, organizes taxis and couriers, and maintains the organization's calendar. Addresses external and internal inquiries for F&O via various channels and contributes to process improvement meetings.
  • Offer guidance and support to the team in payment and invoice-related matters to facilitate seamless transaction processing, serving as the primary contact between F&O and the Accounts Payable team.
  • Work with the management in planning and execution of internal department activities/meetings, Company meetings and/or any ad hoc tasks.
  • Work according to local law, code of practice, business ethics and compliance, company policy/guideline.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administrative, finance, accounting or any related field.
  • Good computer literacy including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Excellent customer service skills with attention to detail and financial acumen.
  • Thai proficiency with good communication of English in both spoken and written.
