We are a global Corporate Service provider, and we are looking for a dedicated and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our growing Corporate and Legal Solutions team in Frankfurt.
In this role, you will support our office with general assistant activities, with processing of incoming mail and with communication and collaboration with our local teams, third parties and of course our international customers. As Administrative Assistant you will demonstrate not just your great organizational skills, but also your service and client-oriented approach and therefore play a crucial role for our success. and continued growth.

Some of the things you'll be doing:

  • General assistant activities (including telephone, incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, conference and meeting support, appointment organization, office management)
  • Comprehensive processing of incoming mail
  • Direct communication with international customers, authorities and third parties
  • Taking over standard correspondence (internal and external with customers, authorities, third parties) - Supporting the respective colleagues/teams
  • Filing of documents (physically and in the systems used (Laserfiche etc.)
  • Entry and maintenance of customer data in various systems (Viewpoint, Salesforce etc.)
  • Support of the teams or direct assumption of activities in the context of account openings, registration in the trade register, application for tax numbers, company numbers, etc.
  • Creation of standard documents, letterheads, standard letters
  • Reporting to the responsible teams


What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

  • Professional experience: min. 3 years, preferably in a law firm, notary's office, auditing or tax consultancy firm or in an international company
  • Languages: German and English (at least good knowledge)
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc. - knowledge is required
  • Motivation, commitment, interest in taking on responsibility, independent work and team spirit, reliability and accuracy in the way you work, and we also welcome a positive attitude
