Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant position is responsible for acting as a confidential administrative support to leaders in the Strategy and Operations organization. The Administrative Assistant is expected to partner with teammates at all levels of the organization to assist department activities and operations. This role would also contact Company personnel at all levels of the organization to gather information to prepare reports, follow-up, and drive continuity of projects and initiatives. Maintains knowledge of corporate activities to assist in policy, procedure and administrative matters. Performs responsibilities in such a way as to project the appropriate professional image of the Company. Has developed specialized knowledge/skills in own area. May act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities:

• Provides administrative and clerical support including correspondence, typing, filing, research and various projects.
• Practices good judgment, discretion and confidentiality of sensitive information regarding department activities.
• Creates intricate spreadsheets, Word documents and/or PowerPoint presentations.
• Coordinate and book necessary travel and accommodations in accordance with company policy and systems.

• Reconcile corporate expenses in accordance with company policy.
• Register, retrieve, and escort outside guests to appropriate conference areas.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime
  as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
