What You'll Do
- Support the Administrative Coordinator with day-to-day branch operations
- Schedule customer appointments and service calls
- Assist with customer follow-up and lead management
- Maintain accurate information in CRM and scheduling systems
- Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service
- Prepare documents and support office organization
- Partner with Sales Consultants, Installers, and branch leadership to help deliver a great customer experience
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of administrative, customer service, retail, hospitality, or office support experience
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable learning new systems and technology
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Team-oriented and customer-focused mindset
