This position is responsible for managing correspondence, scheduling appointments and meetings, maintaining records, answering phones, assisting customers and staff, preparing documents, and supporting day-to-day office operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer and direct telephone calls in a professional manner.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
