About the Role

The Administrative Assistant will help ensure smooth administrative operations by organizing information, coordinating communication, maintaining accurate records, and supporting team members with daily tasks.

The anticipated start date is immediately upon successful completion of the hiring and onboarding process.

Onboarding and Training

New hires participate in paid training covering company policies, administrative procedures, scheduling processes, confidentiality requirements, communication standards, and company systems.

Day to Day

A typical day may include:

  • Managing emails, phone calls, and general correspondence
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and staff activities
  • Preparing documents, reports, and spreadsheets
  • Updating records and maintaining organized files
  • Assisting with data entry and administrative tasks
  • Supporting clients, families, caregivers, and office staff
  • Tracking deadlines and following up on pending items
  • Protecting confidential company and client information

Hiring Process
