Provides assistance and support to Administration by performing various confidential administrative and assistant responsibilities for the CEO, CFO and other members of the Administrative Team including managing and organizing the administration offices. Responsible for the management of policy program with revisions, additions, and planning, to ensure that policies are up to date. Responsible for a variety of clerical duties, including preparing reports, correspondence, and other typewritten materials, processing payroll, and processing department mail and faxes. Assumes the duties and responsibilities of the Executive Assistant to the CEO when needed. Other duties as required.
QualificationsMinimum Qualification
- Associates Degree preferred.
- 3-5 years administrative clerical experience required, preferably in the healthcare field.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Analytical and grammatical skills are necessary to communicate effectively, both verbally, and in writing.
- Adaptable to new programs.
- Must be able to handle competing priorities
- Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
- Ability to be flexible with hours and to work under pressure.
