About the Role

Responsible for promoting and maintaining AIA brand image via sponsorship and coordination with other marketing functions.
This role contributes to the delivery of customer outcomes that are reliable, thoughtful, and create meaningful impact for customers and society. The role holder is expected to embed a customer first mindset in all decisions and actions by developing a clear understanding of customer needs, taking end to end ownership to resolve issues, and working collaboratively across teams to continuously enhance the customer journey—both directly and indirectly.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • ​Manage departmental administrative activities including departmental event/meeting organization, office logistics maintenance & support.

  • Accountable for consolidating reports of Customer and Marketing department governance (including risk and control) and assisting in annual budget exercise.

  • Assist in arranging cross-functional internal affairs coordination such as corporate awards, summits and conferences.

  • Provide pre and on-site support for corporate occasion and events.

  • Support preparation of meeting materials, align with participants / stakeholders on the presentation agenda and timeline.     

  • Provide support in rolling down required standards of Customer and Marketing department to other business units.

  • Assist in collecting information required to support decision making on project prioritization and implementation. Track and consolidate project status, risk and issue

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.

  • At least two years of administration or marketing experience, preferably involving in meeting and event management.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong analytical skills and an innovative approach to problem-solving.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
