The Administrative Assistant provides general administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office or department. This position is responsible for managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, preparing documents, answering phones, assisting customers and employees, and supporting daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative and clerical support to management and staff.
  • Answer and direct telephone calls, emails, and other correspondence.

  • Assist with travel arrangements, reservations, and itineraries when required.

Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous administrative, clerical, office, or customer service experience preferred.
